Meatloaf on the bbq
(mine has been converted to gas …regulation of apartment bldg…haven’t used my oven for much since moving in…I love it)
…Cover with original mini loaf pan
…lift off parchment lined pan after 15 min
…moop up any dripping with paper towels
…flip each loaf after every 15/20 min to get outer layer nice and crispy
Take me out for a ride…..please!!! I’m think I’ve become part of the landscape

This is what happens when you bring home a container of legs (27 of them) on sale. Everyone has legs …the spouse …the G'kids. …and the freezer. Personally I hate legs. This is 3rd day of them. Best thing to have in the fridge for a snack…bbq legs.
